Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe.
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our experienced guide will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Kampala.

Day 2: Mabamba Swamp.
We’ll begin the tour with a trip to the Mabamba Swamp, a Ramsar Wetland of International Importance on the shores of Lake Victoria. Here, we’ll search for the rare and elusive Shoebill Stork, along with other water birds such as the African Jacana, White-faced Whistling Duck, and African Fish Eagle.

Day 3: Lake Mburo National Park.
Our next destination is Lake Mburo National Park, where we’ll spend the day bird watching and game viewing. Keep your eyes peeled for species such as the African Finfoot, African Wattled Lapwing, and Brown-chested Lapwing.

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
We’ll drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, where we’ll stop at the Ruhija sector to search for the African Green Broadbill and other forest birds.

Day 5-6: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
Get ready for the highlight of your trip – gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Over the course of two days, we’ll track and observe these majestic creatures in their natural habitat, as well as keeping an eye out for forest birds such as the Black-billed Turaco, Ruwenzori Nightjar, and Yellow-eyed Black Flycatcher.

Day 7: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
After breakfast, we’ll drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where we’ll embark on a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel. Keep your binoculars handy for sightings of the African Skimmer, Pink-backed Pelican, and Goliath Heron.

Day 8: Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
We’ll spend the day exploring Queen Elizabeth National Park on a game drive, searching for birds such as the African Green Pigeon, White-tailed Lark, and Black-bellied Bustard.

Day 9-10: Semuliki National Park.
Next, we’ll visit the beautiful Semuliki National Park, which is home to a wide variety of forest birds and primates. Over two days, we’ll explore the park on foot, searching for the Nkulengu Rail, Dwarf Honeyguide, and Red-billed Dwarf Hornbill.

Day 11: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park.
We’ll drive to Kibale Forest National Park, where we’ll take a guided nature walk in the Bigodi Wetlands to search for birds such as the Papyrus Gonolek, Grey-winged Robin-chat, and White-winged Swamp Warbler.

Day 12-13: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest.
Over two days, we’ll embark on chimpanzee trekking adventures in Kibale Forest. We’ll also search for other bird species such as the African Grey Parrot, Green-breasted Pitta, and Black-capped Apalis.

Day 14: Murchison Falls National Park.
Our final stop is Murchison Falls National Park, where we’ll take a game drive and boat safari to search for birds such as the Egyptian Plover, Shoebill Stork, and Black-headed Gonolek.

Day 15: Departure.
On the final day of your tour, we’ll drive back to Entebbe for your departure flight. If time allows, we can make a stop at the Uganda Equator for a photo opportunity.
